Improper login-attempt restriction in Advantech SPECTRE RT ERT351 before 6.1.10 allows remote attackers to gain full router access. The web management login accepts repeated root-password guesses without controls that restrict excessive authentication attempts. The interface is network-reachable, requires no prior authentication or user interaction, and grants full router access when the root password is guessed.
