Stored script execution via unsanitized course descriptions

Stored cross-site scripting in Moodle through 3.7.2 allows remote authenticated users with Teacher access to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers. At /course/modedit.php, the introeditor[text] parameter accepts script-bearing course descriptions when an intercepted request bypasses client-side sanitization, and the stored script runs when another user opens the page. Teacher-level access is required, and Moodle disputes the report because it treats Teachers as trusted to add arbitrary JavaScript; the demonstrated consequence is script execution in student or administrator sessions.
