Host file disclosure via origin-unrestricted HTTP endpoint

Arbitrary file read in Eclipse Theia 0.3.9 through 0.15.0 allows remote attackers to read host files through Mini-Browser HTTP requests. The Mini-Browser extension exposes a file-serving HTTP endpoint that accepts filesystem paths without verifying request origin or requiring an Electron window token. Exploitation requires a user to visit attacker-controlled content for DNS rebinding or a drive-by request, and exposes files readable by the backend process.
