Code execution via incomplete NBM signature validation

Improper signature verification in Apache NetBeans 11.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute added code through a modified NBM. The autoupdate system accepts a downloaded NBM without fully validating its code signature, so injected code retains the package's apparent trust. Reaching the flaw requires an update or plugin download from attacker-controlled content; execution affects the IDE user's account and integrity.
