BLE peripheral crash via premature public key

Denial of service in Texas Instruments SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK 3.30.00.20 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash BLE peripherals. The SMP implementation accepts a Public Key packet during legacy pairing before pairing begins, then copies the key to a null target address and triggers a hard fault. Attackers need only be in Bluetooth radio range; affected products can restart or remain deadlocked until manually restarted.
