Unauthenticated code execution via raw_shell SSH options

Command injection in SaltStack Salt through 2019.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the salt-api NET API. With NetAPI and an SSH roster enabled, the API accepts unauthenticated SSH-client selection and passes attacker-controlled SSH options to raw_shell for command execution. Network access, an SSH roster, and the raw_shell option are required; successful exploitation runs commands on the Salt master.
