Out-of-bounds read in Foxit PhantomPDF 9.5.0.20723 allows remote attackers to execute code by supplying a malicious DXF file. The Dwg2Pdf converter fails to validate attacker-controlled DXF data before reading past the end of an allocated structure. Execution occurs in the current process and requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
