Firefox before 70 contains a security policy bypass that lets remote attackers navigate dragged links over HTTP despite upgrade-insecure-requests. The browser fails to apply the Content Security Policy upgrade when a link is dragged from a protected page and dropped for navigation, leaving the request on an insecure scheme. Exploitation requires a victim to interact with a page that sets this directive and drag its link; the bounded consequence is possible man-in-the-middle tampering or disclosure of that navigation.
