Stored HTML injection via unsanitized ticket comments

HTML injection in SolarWinds Web Help Desk 12.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter ticket pages through a help-request comment. The ticket-comment display path renders comment text without neutralizing HTML metacharacters, so submitted markup becomes page content. A valid client account and a victim who views the crafted ticket are required; the rendered content can change the page and expose session cookies.
