Arbitrary command execution via renamed PowerGrid work folder

FileGuard bypass in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.3.110.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted PowerGrid XML file. PowerGrid's WMTemp work folder can be renamed, populated with malicious XML, and restored without FileGuard preserving its protection. Exploitation requires access to manipulate WMTemp and invoke PowerGrid with /SEE; the specified command then executes in PowerGrid's context.
