Network denial of service via unhandled host events

Denial of service in Open Network Operating System 1.14 allows remote attackers to disrupt control-plane processing via host events. The org.onosproject.p4tutorial host event listener handles HOST_ADDED but omits HOST_MOVED, HOST_REMOVED, and HOST_UPDATED, leaving dependent applications with stale or missing flow-management actions. Exploitation requires network delivery of host-state events in an ONOS deployment running the P4 tutorial application; the documented consequence is service interruption rather than data disclosure or code execution.
