Authenticated code execution via unsafe Java deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in TylerTech Eagle 2018.3.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted Java object. The recorder/ServiceManager endpoint accepts a compressed serialized payload and deserializes it for the SettingManager service without establishing that its object graph is safe. A valid application account is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied commands with the privileges of the Tomcat service.
