Authenticated command execution via unescaped ip_address metacharacters

OS command injection in NETSAS Enigma NMS 65.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The discover_and_manage CGI script passes shell metacharacters from the ip_address parameter into an operating-system command during the snmp_browser action. The endpoint is protected, and the published exploit supplies HTTP Basic credentials, so valid or stolen credentials are required; commands run with the CGI process's privileges.
