Remote code execution via cross-site request forgery

Cross-site request forgery in NETSAS ENIGMA NMS 65.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload executable PHP files. The protected manage_files.cgi endpoint accepts a credentialed cross-origin multipart system_upgrade request and writes the supplied PHP payload to the web application. An authenticated administrator must load attacker-controlled content, after which the uploaded file provides command execution with the NMS web server's privileges.
