Incorrect default permissions in NETSAS Enigma NMS 65.0.0 and earlier allow local users to read sensitive files and alter server content. The server assigns world-readable or world-writable modes to multiple files, exposing .htpasswd data and permitting changes under /var/www/html/docs. Any low-privileged account with system access can disclose credentials or create, modify, and delete web content; direct code execution is not established.
