OS command injection in Cisco Data Center Network Manager before 11.3(1) allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as SYSTEM. The SanWSService/SanWS importTS method inserts the unvalidated certFile SOAP parameter into a keytool command passed to Runtime.exec(). Administrative DCNM privileges are required unless a separate authentication bypass is chained, and successful exploitation grants full OS control.
