ASLR disclosure via recycled process identifiers

Information disclosure in Canonical Apport allows local users to read ASLR offsets for privileged processes through PID recycling. The data/apport get_pid_info() ownership check and later /proc/[pid]/maps read trust a PID that can be reassigned between those operations. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and control over starting or restarting the target process; the result supplies memory-layout data useful in a separate memory-corruption exploit.
