Privilege escalation in Fortinet FortiClient Linux 6.2.1 and earlier allows local users to execute system commands as root. The root-running fctsched process accepts crafted ExportLogs IPC client requests that inject attacker-controlled command content into its log-export operation. A low-privileged local account is required; successful exploitation grants full root-level command execution on the host.
