Privilege escalation via unchecked IOCTL offset

Out-of-bounds read in Rivet Killer Control Center before 2.1.1352 allows local users to obtain kernel memory via a crafted IOCTL offset. The KfeCo10X64.sys handler for IOCTL 0x120404 uses a caller-supplied offset in a memory operation without validating it against the buffer bounds. Exploitation requires local access to the driver interface; the read discloses kernel memory and supplies a primitive for a privilege-escalation chain.
