Root shell access via hard-coded Telnet credentials

Use of hard-coded credentials in Billion Smart Energy Router SG600R2 3.02.rc6 allows remote attackers on the local network to gain a root shell. The Telnet login handler on port 2301 compares supplied credentials against cleartext values embedded in the login-management binary. Network access to the router is the only reported gate, and successful authentication grants root command execution over the device.
