Service crash via out-of-bounds conversion-error logging

Out-of-bounds read in Samba 4.9.x before 4.9.18, 4.10.x before 4.10.12, and 4.11.x before 4.11.5 allows remote attackers to crash services. The conversion-error logging path prints a client-supplied string after failed character conversion without respecting the allocated buffer boundary. Log level 3 or higher is required; an NTLMSSP exchange can terminate a long-lived AD DC process, while an smbd child crash affects only its client.
