Information disclosure and DoS via coredump race

Race condition in Linux Kernel before 5.0.10 allows local users to disclose sensitive information or interrupt system operation. The coredump path fails to fully serialize VMA layout changes against mmget_not_zero() and get_task_mm() users, leaving the dump to process an inconsistent memory map. A low-privileged local account must win the race during core dumping; successful exploitation exposes sensitive data or causes denial of service, while other effects remain unspecified.
