HTTPS service interruption via undisclosed SSLEngine flaw

Resource exhaustion in Red Hat Undertow before 2.0.28.SP1 allows remote attackers to interrupt HTTPS service through the SSL listener. Red Hat identifies Undertow's SSLEngine implementation as the vulnerable component but does not disclose the incorrect operation on untrusted TLS input. The HTTPS listener must use that SSLEngine path, and successful exploitation makes SSL service unavailable without reported data exposure or modification.
