Unauthorized attachment access via stale tokens

Missing authorization in Moodle LMS 3.6 before 3.6.7 and 3.7 before 3.7.3 allows remote attackers to read inline email attachments via retained tokens. The inline-attachment token handler continues honoring a token after its user's account is deactivated instead of revoking or rejecting that credential. Access requires knowledge of both the file path and token, limiting the demonstrated impact to confidentiality of those attachments.
