Phishing redirects via unrestricted returnto URL

Open redirect in Moodle LMS before 3.7.3, 3.6.7, and 3.5.9 allows remote attackers to redirect users via crafted Lesson edit links. The Lesson edit handler accepts the returnto parameter as PARAM_URL and carries that unrestricted value through the form instead of requiring a local URL. A user with Lesson editing access must open the crafted link; the resulting navigation reaches an attacker-chosen site but does not directly expose or modify Moodle data.
