Embedded software crash via unchecked bigint allocations

NULL pointer dereference in Newlib before 3.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash embedded software through floating-point formatting. _dtoa_r uses Bigint results from d2b, Balloc, i2b, diff, and related allocators without verifying that allocation succeeded before multiplication, copying, or member access. Exploitation requires forcing a device into a low-memory condition and reaching double-to-string conversion; the grounded consequence is an availability loss from a process or firmware crash.
