Task-secret disclosure via unfiltered callback arguments

Information disclosure in Red Hat Ansible before 2.7.15, 2.8.7, or 2.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to read task secrets. The Splunk and Sumologic callback send_event methods serialize result._task_fields with its args member intact, even when no_log is true. Exploitation requires either callback plugin to be enabled; sensitive module parameters are then forwarded to the configured log collector.
