Service crash via repeated plugin handle opening

Denial of service in nbdkit 1.12.7, 1.14.1, and 1.15.1 allows remote attackers to terminate the server through NBD negotiation. Processing NBD_OPT_INFO before NBD_OPT_GO opens the plugin twice without closing its first handle, triggering an assertion in backend_open. The attacker must reach the NBD service; TLS client authentication restricts the attack to trusted clients, while a successful request exits the process and interrupts all clients.
