Improper permission preservation in Red Hat Business Central in RHDM 7 and RHPAM 7 allows remote authenticated users to gain admin privileges. Red Hat has not disclosed the code locus or how the console accepts an attacker-controlled assigned role from an HTTP response header. A valid Business Central account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation grants full console administration.
