Local privilege escalation via malformed Authenticode data

Null pointer dereference in TianoCore EDK II allows local users to escalate privileges via crafted Authenticode PKCS#7 data. AuthenticodeVerify accepts ASN.1 that d2i_PKCS7 and PKCS7_type_is_signed parse as signed data, then dereferences a null Pkcs7->d.sign pointer. An authenticated local user must cause firmware code using CryptoPkg BaseCryptLib to verify the malformed signed data, enabling privilege escalation rather than remote compromise.
