Denial of service in the Ricoh SP C250DN 1.05 LPD service allows remote attackers to crash the printer via crafted packets. The implementation mishandles crafted LPD packets, but the advisory does not identify the faulty parser operation or packet field. The exposed service accepts the packets without authentication; successful exploitation crashes the entire device, not merely the print service.
