Memory corruption via unlocked NPU resource race

Double-free memory corruption in the Qualcomm Snapdragon NPU allows local users to trigger an unsafe second resource release. The NPU resource path lacks locking, so concurrent operations can race and free the same resource twice, corrupting NPU-managed memory. The attack requires local low-privileged access; Qualcomm has not disclosed whether successful triggering causes a crash, code execution, or another concrete outcome.
