Device crash via sparse ioctl race

Use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon graphics on listed chipsets allows local users to crash a device through concurrent ioctl requests. The sparse-free and sparse-bind ioctl paths can race while accessing the same physical entry, causing one path to dereference an object already freed by the other. Low-privileged local access to the graphics interface is required, and successful triggering produces an unhandled paging request that interrupts the device.
