Use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon PCM volume controls allows local users to corrupt memory by winning a mixer-control race. A race in private data shared by mixer controls permits one execution path to free PCM control state while another path still uses it. Local access to the audio control interface and precise timing are required; successful exploitation can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
