Memory disclosure and service interruption via EPS decoding

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to disclose memory or interrupt service via malformed EPS messages. The Multi Mode Call Processor decoders fail to verify message lengths before reading RAU accept, PDN disconnect reject, EPS context modification, bearer allocation reject, and bearer deactivation request data. Cellular reachability is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation is limited to memory exposure or availability loss rather than data modification.
