Improper array-index validation in Qualcomm Snapdragon WCDMA firmware allows local users to trigger out-of-bounds array access. The WCDMA component uses a supplied carrier index to access an array without first checking that the index falls within its bounds. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access; public records do not disclose the calling interface or whether the resulting access reads or writes memory.
