Heap buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon media parsing allows remote attackers to corrupt memory with malformed MKV/Vorbis data. The closed-source parser processes an invalid MKV clip containing malformed Vorbis codec data and writes beyond a heap buffer. No privileges or user interaction are required, but Qualcomm has not disclosed whether the overflow yields code execution, a crash, or another consequence.
