Out-of-bounds reads in Qualcomm Snapdragon baseband decoders allow remote attackers to disclose memory or interrupt modem service. The decoders trust embedded lengths while parsing 3G attach accept, SMS, PDN reject, ESM transport, and bearer-reject messages, allowing reads past buffer boundaries. Crafted cellular messages reach the flaw without authentication or user interaction; the documented consequences are limited to confidentiality and service availability.
