Authorization bypass in Open Ticket Request System 7.0.0 through 7.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to read company-ticket data. Search-result handling returns tickets associated with the user's CustomerID without enforcing CustomerDisableCompanyTicketAccess. A customer account sharing the affected tickets' CustomerID is required; the flaw discloses ticket information but has no reported write or service impact.
