Internal-network requests via unchecked redirects

SSRF in GitLab Enterprise Edition 10.6 through 12.0.2 allows attackers to send requests to local network resources via GitHub integration. The GitHub service follows an attacker-controlled redirect and sends an arbitrary POST request without revalidating the redirected destination. The published reproduction requires a signed-in user who can create a project; successful abuse uses the GitLab server as a path to otherwise unreachable internal services.
