SSRF via insufficient DNS rebinding validation

SSRF in GitLab Community and Enterprise Edition 10.2 through 11.11 allows remote attackers to reach restricted network destinations. Across multiple unnamed features, destination validation fails to prevent an attacker-controlled hostname from resolving to a different address when the server sends the request. The network-facing path requires no privileges or user interaction and can relay requests from the GitLab server to otherwise inaccessible resources.
