Information disclosure in GitLab 11.9 through 11.11 allows remote authenticated users to read metadata for confidential issues. The milestone details page returns labels, status, and merge request counts without enforcing the confidential issue visibility restriction. Any signed-in unprivileged user who can reach that page can learn this limited metadata, but issue contents are not reported as exposed.
