Plaintext secret disclosure via task configuration response

Information disclosure in Kafka Connect 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.2.0, 2.2.1, and 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read connector secrets. When a ConfigProvider placeholder occupies only part of a property value, task configuration serialization returns the resolved value instead of restoring the externalized variable. Reachability requires a configured provider and such a substring placeholder; any client that can reach the Connect cluster can retrieve the plaintext secret from the tasks endpoint.
