Unauthenticated service access via exposed OOM ports

Authentication bypass in ONAP MSB Dublin and earlier allows remote attackers to gain full access to exposed services without credentials. OOM deployments publish MSB service interfaces on designated NodePort ports without enforcing authentication before granting API and UI access. Network reachability to an exposed port is sufficient, and every OOM setup is affected; the public advisory identifies no narrower request path.
