Authenticated command execution via crafted module parameter
Published Mar 18, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
OS command injection in ONAP SDNC before Dublin allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through sla/printAsXml. The sla/printAsXml endpoint uses the module parameter in command execution without neutralizing command syntax. Authentication is required, and exposure is limited to SDNC setups that include admportal, where injection runs arbitrary commands on the host.
