Unauthenticated certificate modification via RCP+ access-control failure

Improper access control in Bosch Video Recording Manager allows remote attackers to add, modify, or delete Windows certificates. The RCP+ server processes unauthenticated requests against a limited subset of the Local System certificate store instead of enforcing the required authentication checks. Network access to ports 80 or 443 is sufficient; successful changes can make encrypted recordings unavailable, enable later man-in-the-middle attacks, or temporarily freeze VRM components.
