Host file write via chained archive symlinks

Path traversal in Kubernetes kubectl cp before 1.13.11, 1.14.7, and 1.15.4 allows attackers to write files outside the destination. During extraction, the untar logic writes regular files while resolving attacker-supplied symlinks, allowing a two-link chain to escape the requested directory. Exploitation requires control of a container's tar output and an authenticated operator to invoke kubectl cp from that container; the consequence is a host-side arbitrary file write.
