Network access bypass via gratuitous ARP spoofing

Authentication bypass in ONOS 2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to evade network access controls through data-plane packet injection. A gratuitous ARP reply makes the host mobility application remove existing ACL flow-denial rules, while the access control application fails to reinstall them. Remote attackers must be able to inject the reply into the managed data plane; the resulting rule removal permits traffic that the ACL policy intended to deny.
