Service interruption via unsanitized PhantomJS arguments

Arbitrary file placement in Paessler PRTG Network Monitor 19.1.49 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disrupt service. The HTTP Full Web Page sensor passes attacker-controlled settings to phantomjs.exe without sufficient argument sanitization, allowing file placement at arbitrary paths under SYSTEM context. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to create and run a specially configured sensor; Paessler characterizes the resulting impact as a service interruption.
