Command execution via shell-concatenated branch name

OS command injection in L33T-KR3W push-dir 0.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through a crafted branch name. The noLocalBranchConflict function concatenates a branch-derived local name into a git branch --list shell command executed by child_process.exec without quoting or validation. The attacker must control the branch option passed by a consuming application; injected commands run with the privileges of the push-dir process.
